You can come to Port Aransas using two different routes. You can go drive through Corpus Christi and enter Port Aransas via Mustang Island from the south.  The other route brings you directly to Port Aransas from the mainland via the town of Aransas Pass.  If you take the Aransas Pass route, your trip will require a ride across the ship channel on a car ferry.  If you take the ferry, the wait times during the summer and major holidays can be an hour or more.  You can check the ferry cam at www.cityofportaransas.org/ferrycam.cfm

Through Corpus Christi:

From Houston
Take Hwy 59 south to Victoria. At Victoria, take Hwy 77 south to I-37. Take Exit 4A (TX-358, NAS-CCAD, Padre Island, and Airport). Take 358 (South Padre Island Drive) for about 15 miles, you will cross over a large bridge (JFK Causeway). At the stop light, turn left onto Hwy 361 and drive about 15 miles. We are the last subdivision on the right, just after the “Casa & El Cortez” condos.

From Dallas
Take Hwy 35E or Hwy 35W to San Antonio. Take I-37 south to the exit for 358 (TX-358, NAS-CCAD, Padre Island, Airport), which is about 2.5 hours. Take 358 (South Padre Island Drive) for about 15 miles to the stop light. At the light, turn left onto Hwy 361 and drive about 15 miles. We are the last subdivision on the right, just after the “Casa & El Cortez” condos.

From San Antonio
Take I-37 south to the exit for 358 (TX-358, NAS-CCAD, Padre Island, Airport), which is about 2.5 hours. Take 358 (South Padre Island Drive) for about 15 miles to the stop light. Office Location
We are in the Royal Sands subdivision which is the last subdivision on the right, just after the “Casa & El Cortez” condos, Beachwalk I & II and Mustang Royale. After turning into the subdivision the office is the pink two-story building on your left with a circle drive. The office is on the bottom floor.

By Ferry
If you decide to take the Ferry, follow the directions above to Corpus Christi. Remain on I-37 and follow signs for Portland (you should be headed towards downtown). Take US 181 to Portland and over the Harbor Bridge. You will then pick up Hwy 35N that will take you into Aransas Pass. Take the exit into Aransas Pass, which is Wheeler Ave. Follow Wheeler Ave. into town and turn left towards Hwy 361. You know you are going in the right direction when you see the HEB store. You will then continue onto Hwy 361, go over the causeway and arrive at the Ferry Landing.

Office Location - We are in the Royal Sands subdivision which is the 1st subdivision past the Pioneer RV Park. We are on the beach side of the road. If you pass El Cortez condos you have went too far. After turning into the subdivision the office is the pink two-story building on your left with a circle drive. The office is on the bottom floor.
