The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to one another giving families plenty of room to watch TV, movies, socialize or relax on the second story deck.  The house has new couches ( 3) with one hide-a-bed , new barstool and new kitchen table.  Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath are also located on this floor. Full-sized washer and dryer in utility room, and Direct TV is offered.

The bottom floor features the perfect area for others to get away. It has one bedroom, with a queen bed and a small living area with a bunkbed ( full on bottem/ twin on top) with a flat screen TV and it's own deck. The third bath is located on this floor. You can walk out the back door to fish and sometimes even catch crabs in the backyard pond.

Port Aransas is known for great fishing, seafood, and bird-watching. This is a non smoking home. Thank you for keeping our home a true paradise you can continue to enjoy for many years!
