A beautifully furnished four-bedroom, three-bath beach house with an additional downstairs open room that can be used as a bedroom or living area. This home is located in Port Aransas. It sleeps up to 13 and is located in a beach side neighborhood with two private pools and a private beach boardwalk. Relax on one of three back decks overlooking the pond and the bay, or walk a block to beach access.

The master suite is located on the top floor and features a bath, walk-in closet, TV and private deck. Free, secure, wireless broadband Internet service is provided. The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to one another giving families plenty of room to watch TV, movies, socialize or relax on the second story deck.  The house has new couches ( 3) with one hide-a-bed , new barstool and new kitchen table.  Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath are also located on this floor. Full-sized washer and dryer in utility room, and Direct TV is offered.

The bottom floor features the perfect area for others to get away. It has one bedroom, with a queen bed and a small living area with a bunkbed ( full on bottem/ twin on top) with a flat screen TV and it's own deck. The third bath is located on this floor. You can walk out the back door to fish and sometimes even catch crabs in the backyard pond.

Port Aransas is known for great fishing, seafood, and bird-watching. This is a non smoking home. Thank you for keeping our home a true paradise you can continue to enjoy for many years!
