My In-Laws used the front master suite, my wife and I stayed in the back bedroom near the kitchen, and my son loved that the entire upstairs was all to himself. The house was great! We spent every morning watching the sun come up as we sipped our morning coffee and lounged on the front porch. After breakfast, we usually got ready for the beach, which could be accessed by using the 2 or 3 parking spots at the end of the boardwalk that was only a couple of blocks away. Instead, we drove to the nearest beach access road, which is only mile down the highway, and drove on the beach down to the markers that were maintained by Port A Beach House. (I believe it was between markers 39 & 40) On check-in day the seaweed was everywhere along the beach and you had to go through at least 10 yards of seaweed just to get clear of debris and into the water. However, on Monday morning when we went down to the beach, the area between the our beach markers was COMPLETELY CLEARED of seaweed (unlike any of the other neighborhoods along the shore)!!! In the evening we used the swimming pool that's right across the street. The trash cans were taken to the curb the night before pick-up and brought back up to the house by midday. The only traffic was other neighborhood occupants. There were some ants in the kitchen area. We have been recommending this property to anyone and everyone who asks us about our trip to the Coast...
