Ocean/ Bay View with back yard facing the beautiful Lagoon. Only steps away from a private boardwalk and the beach or enjoy the 2 pools. (adult pool across the street). This Beach house is decorated beautifully with "beachy" colors, all new island-style furnishings, hardwood floors, exquisite granite counter-top/stainless steel appliances, and much more. Experience the gentle ocean breeze and sound of the ocean from the three large decks or you can watch the sun set off the back decks and enjoy your coffee overlooking the Lagoon. This house sleeps 12 with 6 twins, 1 queen, 1 king and the living room couch is a queen sleeper. One master suite is located on the top floor and features a resort style shower with three separate shower heads, a huge walk-in closet, TV and private decks to view the ocean and sunrise in the morning, and bay and sunsets in the evening. The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to one another giving families plenty of room to watch the flat screen TV, movies, socialize or relax on the second story deck. Full size washer and dryer in utility room, & Direct TV in three locations is offered. The bottom floor features the perfect area for others to get away. It is where the second master suite is located with its own private patio, and access to the lagoon where you can walk out the back door. As a plus -park in the 2 car garage. Outside shower. Charcoal grill provided. NO SMOKING

We flew family from Nevada, California and New York and all had a terrific time. My 90 year old mother also joined us and the fact that there was an elevator made it the most enjoyable vacation for all.. The fishing was great and out time on the beach Awesome! We rented kayaks, beach buggies, and even fished on the beach. Port A rentals were so helpful with suggestions on restaurants etc. The view and sunrises and sunsets fantastic We loved it!

Reviewed by: SKEETER from HURST,TX Reviewed on: 10/23/2008 for their stay in 07/2008 ----- This was rented as a retirement/family reunion get together.The home was immacualate and every convenience needed was readily available.Just a short walk to the beach over a private boardwalk along with the views of the ocean & lagoon complemented the niceness of this rental.We had a snafu on pet agreement mixup in the ads,but it was readily fixed & both parties were satisfied.Our kids & grandkids all agreed they will never forget this vacation,alot of it because of this house!
