This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has lots of amenities and is must for your families vacation. The spacious third floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and an extra large private bath and walk-in closet. On the second floor is the main living area with living room, dining and fully stocked kitchen. On this floor you also have 1 king and 1 queen bedrooms with a shared California bath, extra vanity and 1 half bath. On the 1st floor you have a queen bedroom and 1 full size futon. This room also has it's own private bath and separate a/c. This home is located near the adult pool and is just steps away from the beach access walkover. Comes with a grill and outdoor shower and washer and dryer. Maximum parking for this home is 5 to 6 mid-size vehicles plus you have garage access. NO SMOKING, PETS ALLOWED. WIFI provided

We had a large group of family and friends and everyone was comfortable. The boardwalk is one house over and the views from the balcony were great. The community is really nice and somewhat secluded, but only about 5 minute drive into town. The rental office staff is really helpful too. We would definately choose this house, or another one in the community again!

Normally we stay at one family members' house but this time, it didn't put the burden on one family. We split the cost of the home and were able to completely escape from the constant worrying. Smelling the salt air every morning and hearing the seagulls is a peace that you can not capture with words.

My family, my parents, and my sister's family stayed for the first 1/2 of the week. My family, my husband's brother, and some friends stayed for the second 1/2 of the week. It is large and spacious with wonderful decks that invite you out to visit in groups or just sit and relax with a book. The kitchen and living area are great for cooking and eating together. The kids have a place to hang out in the downstairs bedroom to play games and watch movies.

There were 7 adults and 9 children and it accomodated all of us. The house was very, very clean and we always plenty of clean towels. It was also nice having a grill on the premises. I would highly recommend that house or any property in that lot to anyone.

It seemed Kendell and her staff genuinely care about the comfort of their patrons. Every request we made was met with excellent response. The house, although rather old, was freshly painted and we felt right at home Most every convenience was available. If given the opportunity, we would definitely choose F.S. to stay again.
