There are 2 spacious living areas for large groups. Downstairs includes digital satellite service with a DVD player for the 42 in flat screen plasma TV with surround sound. The upstairs has beautiful views of the gulf with premium leather furniture and large area for relaxing. The large kitchen has granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinets with ample cooking space for large gatherings. The dining room table seats up to 8 people. This home is a short distance to the beach walkover so the beach is easily accessible for families. The home is next door to the adult pool and just around the corner from the family pool, which is in walking distance. A beautiful Deck on the front and back of the home will allow you to enjoy the fresh gulf breeze and relax in style. NO SMOKING OR PETS

Nice kitchen. Easy access to the beach. 2 pools in the subdivision ( adult and family) were well maintained. Would recommend for a family vacation.
