Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen bed. On the second floor you have the 3rd bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. Also on the second floor is a game room with 2 twins and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home will sleep 10 comfortably. Pets allowed but NO SMOKING. Extra large driveway for boat.

The appliances were all in good shape, kitchen and bathroom. The house was pretty clean and the office people accomodating. It's located within walking distance to the beach with a nice boardwalk. Not too far from town but far enough away that you can find a spot on the beach to yourself. The price seemed in line with other comparable properties.
