The 1st floor has an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen flowing together. Rich wood floors and coastal decor make this home easy on the eyes. Master has king bed with walk-in closet and large private bath. 2 queen guest rooms have a shared bath. Unique design for 4th bedroom is above the garage with it's own separate entrance. This room has 2 twin beds, a futon sleeper, queen size bed and it's own private bath. This home does not accept pets. Parking for this home is 5-6 small to mid-size vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 10.

The property was very well decorated, welcoming, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We have 3 kids under the age of 6 and the bedroom set up was perfect. We also had my parents with us and they loved having the above garage room for themselves to relax in. We had a couple issues with ants and one TV not working, but the management company was super responsive and handled things right away. It is quite a hike to the beach over the dunes. If your are used to walking straight onto the beach like padre, this is not that kind of place. However, just a short drive up the street and you can drive onto the beach with all your stuff...no hauling. That was kind of nice. Just need to clean out your car really good after vacation is over. Overall, great place to stay. We are definately considering going back again next year

The 3 main floor bedrooms gave privacy with comfortable beds and lots of room. The added bonus of the room above the garage gave our teens a place of their own with their own full bath and TV where they could hang out and play games and stay up all night without keeping the parents awake. The roomy kitchen and open floor plan made it possible for over 30 family members staying in the area to meet, eat, and socialize. Although you could easily walk to the beach, it was a bonus to be able to drive to the beach access for an easy walk across the dunes on the boardwalk. All in all, I would recommend Spinnaker to anyone looking for a place to enjoy some time at the beach.

Upon arrival we all agreed that the house was even better in person than in the pictures. We had a perfect vacation and plan to return!
