This beautiful beach house has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico in Port Aransas, Texas along with private beach access just across the way. This house is perfect for a large group, it has a large back deck and a very open floor plan. It has a king size master bedroom upstairs with a walking bathroom with stand up shower and garden tub. There is also a queen bedroom with a bathroom across the way. Downstairs there is a queen room and a bunk-bed room that share a bathroom. This is a very nicely decorated home with the best of everything.  PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

The home was modestly decorated with modern appliances,furniture and great bedroom themes throughout the house. The front & back decks have beach views(from a distance), great breezes and table/chairs to lounge outside. The walk to the beach is accessible from the property. Suggestion: We used our truck to transport chairs/tarp/etc.. This made the walk more pleasant for the remaining family members. We enjoyed the area and home so much . . . we are planning our 2nd Annual Beach Trip for 2009. This time we have to rent 2 homes since our out of state relatives from New York,Colorado & California want to join us this summer. **Added bonus: 4 car garage, rinse off shower with WARM water. ~Need to correct the flow of water from the outside shower from entering the garage. That left puddles of water and made the concrete slippery.Just a minor flaw. This will not deter our family from renting the Spoonbill this summer(2009) E N J O Y ! ! !

From the wonderful young man that showed up to help us unload all of our bags to the courtesy staff at the office it was a great time. The house was amazing we loved the fenced in backyard in the back, the close location to the adult pool, the beautiful walk to the beach, the spaciousness, the kitchen with everything we needed. It was a beautiful, relaxing, close to home vacation. We hope to come back for a "Mom's Weekend Getaway" very soon.

The clients that I brought were just blown away over the house and the view. We are planning on another trip and Spoonbill will be at the top of our list. I was very pleased with the attitude and the corporation from the staff. We didn't have to ask for a thing; everything was there that we needed. I would strongly recommend this beach property.

This home has everything we could have dreamed of! The kids loved the closeness of the beach and the swimming pool. Even though we had rain from a hurricane one day and had to stay inside, this home was roomy enough that none of us felt cramped being inside all day. The home is beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and a lovely color scheme. The kitchen was big enough to accomodate 4 to 6 of us cooking at the same time. There is plenty of dishware to cook for a large group. The washer and dryer are an added bonus for those wet beach towels. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend Spoonbill to others!

The open kitchen/dining area and living room was nice for visiting and being together (especially while cooking); yet the downstairs bedrooms are secluded which was great for those wanting to nap during the day. The home was very clean and had all the accomodations of home. The gulf views were awesome and the close proximately to the boardwalk was great. You will not be disappointed with Spoonbill as your choice.
