* Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
* A $500.00 Security Deposit is required for all rentals at the time of reservation if made with a credit card. This goes towards the full rental balance and is not returned.
* CANCELLATIONS : The full rental amount is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Renters who cancel their reservations more than 31 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $100.00. Cancellations requests received 30 days or less prior to their arrival date will result in the loss of the full rental amount.
* No refunds for early departures.
* Each property must be straightened before check-out. Load and run the dishwasher. Replace dishes and utensils to proper locations. Set air conditioner to 78. Remove all trash and place it outside in the blue cans.
* If you are a guest on trash collection day (Monday & Thursday), please pull trash bins out to the street for collection on Sunday or Wednesday night. Trash pickup is early in the morning.
* All properties are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking in the home is found, guest will forfeit their security deposit.
* No pets are allowed unless you are staying in a "Pet Friendly" home. Any evidence of a pet staying in a "Non-Pet Friendly" home will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
* You are responsible for lost or damaged items during your stay.
* You are responsible for ALL DAMAGES that may be incurred during your stay.
* If guests do not follow the parking rules during their stay their vehicle may be towed at their expense.
